She is the chief architect of WaterEquity, a global asset manager focused on addressing the global water crisis. Lebec founded Lebec Consulting in 2020, a company that leverages capital markets to invest in gender-inclusive businesses and climate solutions. She has also worked with various organizations such as the World Bank, Clinton Global Initiative, and Water.org, where she played an instrumental role in the organization's global growth and impact. She is a regular contributor to conversations on sustainable finance, philanthropy, and investing in women, and serves on the board of iDE and is a member of 100 Women in Finance.
