Following final approval of their SBIC license application, Concentric is pleased to announce the closing of their first investment. With nearly 50 years of combined principal investing experience, primarily in the lower middle market, Concentric believes that well run businesses can be a force for good by positively impacting their stakeholders. This month Concentric has invested $16.0 million of debt and $2.3 million of equity in a specialty tax consulting firm based in Texas. Concentric also continues to build a pipeline of growing U.S. businesses who need of capital to finance acquisitions, growth, or a recapitalization.
