Alliant Strategic Investments (ASI), the manager behind the ASI Multifamily Impact Fund, recently released their Impact Report for 2022. In short, ASI focused on improvements both in the properties they served and in their ability to streamline internal processes to put resources to the best possible use. Impactful investments that aim to generate positive outcomes for stakeholders, investors, residents, and partners were focused on with acquisitions of three new properties – two in Dallas, TX, and one near Cleveland, OH.
The full report, which is available to view online, is a clear statement of ASI’s commitment to deliver more relevant and impactful resident programs and services and to improve communications and processes to better measure the impact on the lives of the residents they serve – to find new ways to simplify processes and deliver more of what the communities they serve asked for.
